Room Rentals Request

 

Shutdown Procedure:

  • Tables torn down and place in the back of the sanctuary on the red cart.

  • Chairs returned to the location from where they were borrowed.

  • Bathrooms are clean.

  • All lights are turned off.

  • All trash and leftovers are not left behind.

  • All doors are securely shut & locked.

Room Rental Policy 

  • RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SET UP OF EVENT - Including Chairs, Tables, Decor, Etc. (Unless otherwise told to do so)

  • The facility must be returned to the same condition in which you received it. This means that all trash must be gathered and bagged, any decorations are to be removed, and all furniture is to be returned to where it was originally located.

  • ACCESS HOURS 9AM-9PM

  • No alcohol, or drugs. No exceptions.

  • No smoking inside the building, or within 20 feet of an entrance.

  • Trash is to be bagged, and REMOVED FROM CHURCH.

  • Your event is taking place in a church. The expectation is that your event will be in alignment with PHFWC’s core Christian beliefs.

  • If your guests act in a way that is disrespectful, or contrary to the principles of the church, you are required to ask the guest to leave the church property.

  • Music must not contain inappropriate lyrics, including but not limited to: sexually explicit, profanity, or glorifying drug/alcohol abuse.

  • Decorations are not to be attached to painted surfaces (walls, columns, doors, etc).

  • Decorations are not to be attached to the ceiling.

  • Table cloths must be used during the event.

  • PHFWC does not supply table cloths, plates, cups, utensils, napkins, etc.

  • All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • You are renting a portion of the church building, not the entire church building. For the duration of your event, you and your guests are only allowed to be in the portion of the building that you are renting.
